DirectDesire is a private, invite-only community intended exclusively for consenting adults. Access to any area of the platform requires that you are at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your country, state, or province, whichever is greater. By entering the site, applying for membership, or using any feature, you affirm that you meet this requirement.
We take reasonable steps to keep minors off the platform:
DirectDesire operates as an interactive community platform. All photographs and other visual content on the platform are created and uploaded solely by its adult members (users), who are the producers of that content. DirectDesire does not itself produce, and is not the primary or secondary producer (as those terms are defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and § 2257A and 28 C.F.R. Part 75) of, any of the visual content appearing on the platform.
To the extent any content on the platform may be subject to record-keeping requirements, those records are maintained by the individual members who produced and uploaded the content. Members are required, as a condition of membership, to be of legal age and to upload only content depicting themselves or other consenting adults for whom appropriate records exist.
