By accessing this site or applying for membership, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) and that it is legal for you to view adult-oriented content where you reside.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of DirectDesire. By applying for or maintaining membership, you agree to these Terms and our Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your location). We may require verification of age and identity, including a verification photo, before approving membership. Providing false age or identity information is grounds for immediate and permanent removal and may be reported to authorities where required by law.
Membership is by application and admin review. Couples and single women may apply directly. Single men require a referral co-signed by two existing members, at least one being a couple. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity on your account. One account per person or couple. Membership is personal and non-transferable.
Consent is non-negotiable. All interactions, online and offline, must be governed by enthusiastic, informed, and ongoing consent. "No" means no, always and without exception. Any form of coercion, pressure, threat, or non-consensual activity will result in immediate and permanent removal and may be reported to law enforcement.
You agree not to: harass, threaten, or abuse other members; misrepresent your identity, age, or relationship status; use the platform for commercial solicitation, escort services, or trafficking of any kind; send unsolicited explicit content to members who have not consented to receive it; or attempt to access another member's account or data.
You retain ownership of content you upload but grant us a limited licence to display it within the platform. Photos must be recent (within 18 months), genuine, and depict only consenting adults. You may not upload content depicting minors, non-consenting individuals, or illegal activity. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.
What happens within the community stays within the community. You agree not to share, screenshot, distribute, or publish other members' photos, identities, messages, or content outside the platform. Breaching member confidentiality is grounds for immediate removal.
Attendance at community events is an extension of your membership, and the same conduct and consent standards apply. Event details are confidential and for members only. We are not responsible for interactions or conduct that occur at member-organised gatherings.
We may suspend or terminate your membership at any time for violation of these Terms, including zero-tolerance breaches (non-consensual activity, threats, sharing member content, underage misrepresentation). You may close your account at any time by contacting us.
DirectDesire is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not conduct background checks beyond our verification process and are not responsible for the conduct of members online or offline. You interact with other members at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
